Who we are
Rising Stars Youth Club is a volunteer-run youth club meeting at Hockwell Ring Community Centre, Mayne Avenue, Leagrave, Luton LU4 9LB. You can reach us at hello@risingstarsyouthclub.org.uk.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site we collect your name, email address and anything else you choose to give us, such as a phone number, address or message. If your child attends the club we also keep a paper registration form with emergency contact and medical details.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to keep young people safe during sessions, and to let members and parents know about upcoming sessions and events. We never sell your details and we do not share them with anyone outside the club except where safeguarding law requires it.
How long we keep it
Website messages are kept for up to two years and then deleted. Registration forms are kept while a young person attends and for three years afterwards, in line with our safeguarding duties.
Photographs
We sometimes take photos at sessions and events for our website and Facebook page. We only publish photos of young people whose parent or carer has given written permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and a volunteer will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to make pages work. We do not run advertising trackers.
